How the payment plan works

Choose the plan at checkout and you pay a $199 deposit today to lock your team's spot. The remaining balance is withdrawn automatically from the same card on April 1. That's the only other charge — nothing recurring, nothing to remember. We email you a few days beforehand as a reminder.

A 2% card processing fee is added to each charge and shown before you pay. If an event ever starts before the balance date, the balance is moved up automatically so it clears well before first pitch — we never have a team still paying while they're on the field.

What a team spot includes

Games: 3 game guarantee — up to 5 games depending on how far you advance
Exposure: Roster + player profiles distributed to attending college coaches
Awards: Championship banner & MVP awards, plus a chance to receive an MLB stadium invite
Social media: Extensive coverage to our 40,000+ followers

Rosters

Sign in under My Team and send your roster as a PDF, Excel file or CSV — whatever format you already keep it in. Rosters sent early are printed in the college coach packet; later ones are digital only. Send an updated file any time it changes and we'll work from the most recent one.
